Osaka’s Famous Okonomiyaki Meets the Inochi-dama in an Unexpected Fusion!

From April 3 to the end of May 2025, a special “Inochi-dama” okonomiyaki dish—produced by Shoji Kawamori—will be available at 19 Chibo locations across Japan.

Just like the inochi-dama itself, okonomiyaki is a delicious fusion of various lifeforms—plants, animals, and more—perfectly embodying the concept: “Life is fusion and transformation!”
