On EARTH DAY on Monday, April 22, let’s look at the Earth from 36,000 km away.
In “LIVE EARTH JOURNEY” there will be an exhibition called “Window of Space,” in which images of the Earth taken by Himawari, a meteorological satellite flying in space 36,000 km from Earth, are visualized in real time and displayed on giant LEDs.
Earth Day is a day to think about the earth.
KAWAMORI Shoji talks with members of the KIBO space broadcasting station while looking at the miraculously beautiful planet Earth.
Please enjoy a talk filled with love for the Earth between KAWAMORI Shoji, who admires and loves space, and members of the KIBO Space Broadcasting Station, who are also pavilion staff.
