This is mysterious gateway where you’ll uncover secrets about “you.” Put on the items and exclusive gear you find to prepare for your adventure.
Mixture of reality and a virtual world
We heard that this space was designed by the same architect who designed the real pavilion. It seems that there are areas here and there that introduce the real buildings and exhibitions.
Sphere of life
Passing through the virtual cell, we will reach the cosmic space where the floating Sphere of Life awaits. Climb up the Sphere of Life and enjoy the transformation of yourself.
Combination and transformation
Where did you come from, and where are you going? When “you.” and the Sphere of Life harmonize, you will be enfolded inside light and something wonderful will happen.
Infinite resonance
When you dive inside the Sphere of Life, a world that has lost color will appear. Ring the sound of life to restore brightness in the world.
Into the ground
The dead bodies melt into the soil, and gradually transform into the next life. "Now, here, together."

Message from KAWAMORI Shoji
How can we seamlessly blend the world envisioned for the pavilion in the physical world with experiences in the virtual world? How can we go beyond reality to provide a new experience? Through repeated discussions, the idea emerged of centering the experience around the Sphere of Life as the symbolic heart of the Adventures of Life pavilion.
Our aim was to create a virtual space in which each visitor can feel and understand the message of the Adventures of Life pavilion in their own way, through experiences only possible with virtual reality. Whether you come alone or with friends, you’ll enjoy a journey of feeling and discovery together. Diverse forms of life support each other, intertwine in complex ways, and spark a chain reaction. This is all embodied in the Sphere of Life, a symbol of the merging and transforming of biodiversity. We invite you to take part in this experience that is only possible in virtual space.
